To help you answer any questions you may have, I have listed below some useful information:
I have been painting and decorating since 1996, when I passed my City & Guilds levels 1,2 & 3 in Painting & Decorating.
Yes, of course. I have references listed on my testimonials page and do have customers that would more than happy to show you my work
Predominantly, I work on my own. In the domestic world, this is usually sufficient but when there are time pressured projects, that need completing quickly, I then have a team of decorators I can call on with many, many years of experience.
I work in all areas surrounding Dartford including Bean, Betsham, Darenth, Hawley, Hook Green, Joydens Wood, Longfield, Meopham, New Barn, Northfleet Green, Otford, Shoreham, Southfleet, Stone, Sutton-at-Hone, Swanscombe, Temple Hill and Wilmington. I am willing to travel at my own expense and have customers in Bromley, Sevenoaks, Rochester, Greenwich, Blackheath even down to Tunbridge Wells.
I will take time with you, to help you choose your colour scheme and share my experience of what colours go well together, how to make a feature wall look stunning, what wallpaper to choose or what type of specialist paint to use in rooms such as your kitchen and bathroom.
It’s just not possible to put a price on any work, before I see it. I will provide you with a free, fully inclusive quote for your whole project, so you can make an informed decision without any nasty surprises at the end. The vast majority of my customers prefer this, but if you did want a daily rate then I can also provide this. I am not VAT registered so there are no additional costs. If there are any extras requested or variations, then I will make sure you are quite clear on any revisions before any work is carried out. You will not have to pay anything upfront, not even the paint.
Yes of course, without obligation too.
Having worked in the domestic market for many years, and being a homeowner myself, I understand and appreciate security in the home and will treat your property with the same respect as if it was my own home.
Absolutely, everything will be covered in clean cotton cloth sheeting to protect your property and extra care will be taken with any sensitive items of yours.
Our ceiling is stained from a leak that is now fixed, can you paint it so we cannot see it any more?
Yes, whether it’s on the wall or ceiling I will use a specialist paint as an undercoat and after applying the finishing coat, the stain will no longer appear.
Yes, I will treat the wall with the correct mould treatment product and get it looking back to how it should be.
I use Dulux and Albany Professional Paints and there are literally thousands of colours to choose from.
This is where plaster does not make contact with the wall anymore, You can identify this by knocking with your fingers and you will hear a “hollow” sound compared to the healthy plaster. Blown plaster should be repaired before decorating and I can include this in my free quotation if required.
